Nancy Pelosi to Attend Farmfest

U.S. Rep. Collin Peterson (D-7th District) announced that the Democratic Leader in the U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, will be his guest at Farmfest in Redwood County, MN on Wednesday, August 2, 2006.

Before arriving at Farmfest, Leader Pelosi and Rep. Peterson will tour the Chippewa Valley Ethanol Plant and Fibrominn facility in Benson, MN.

At Farmfest, Leader Pelosi and Rep. Peterson will participate in a renewable energy forum at 1:30 p.m.

12:45-1:15 p.m. Media availability at Farmfest Media Center, Gilfillan Estate, Redwood County, MN
1:30-3 p.m. Participate in Farmfest Renewable Energy Forum
3-4 p.m. Meet & Greet at Farmers Union Tent and walking tour of Farmfest
