Noomen is now employed by
Tracy Kid’s World as the Director. The facility will have a defined curriculum
program for all ages served at the center with the goal of having those children
served at the center ready for kindergarten.
When completed, the 11,000
square foot facility will offer community pre-school, Head Start Services, and
an after-school program.
The project will be funded under USDA Rural Development’s Community Facility Loan and Grant Program. The loan terms are for 40 years at 4.125 percent.
